Who is
FitCamp for?
Everyone! This program is for men and women
of all ages who are ready to work hard and have fun.
No matter your fitness level, whether a beginner or
a seasoned athlete, we will design exercises to help
you reach your fitness goals and give you the individual
attention that you need. In addition to a challenging
fitness regime, FitCamp will offer
each member a free fitness assessment. We will meet
with everyone individually to determine your personal
fitness goals and help you track your progress. If
you have health issues, we will work to design a specific
fitness program for you.
What if I have injuries
and/or medical issues?
As long as you have clearance from your doctor, you
can participate. FitCamp will help
your rehabilitation. Regular exercise is shown to
dramatically improve your overall physical health
and mental wellbeing, including improving your cholesterol
and blood pressure.
What do I bring to FitCamp?
Bring a mat, a pound of hand weights (5 or 8 lb) and
water to class each day.
What if it rains?
We will have one scheduled rain date per month. We
only cancel class in the instance of a downpour or
driving rain. Yes, if it is sprinkling we meet.
What is the pre-FitCamp evaluation?
While this is optional, we strongly encourage each
of our participants to meet with us prior to FitCamp
beginning. We want to know you!! Specifically, we
want to know about your fitness history and your fitness
goals. This will help us structure a workout regime
with you in mind. We need to know if you have any
medical issues. We will also use this opportunity
to take some body measurements. This will allow you
to track your progress. Don’t worry, this will be
kept in strictest confidence.
What sets the LA FitCamp
programs apart from the others?
FitCamp is not a cookie cutter one size fits all program;
it is tailored to meet the needs of the participants.
We strive to give each participant the personal attention
they need to achieve their fitness goals. If throughout
the month you have any fitness or nutrition concerns,
we are always available to answer your questions.
LA FitCamp gives participants fingertip
access to healthy recipes, fitness tips and the latest
and most accurate materials concerning your health
and wellness.
What is the refund policy?
If you are unable to attend FitCamp
due to circumstances out of your control, we can offer
you a refund if you notify us at least 10 business
days prior to the session start date. However, we
will charge a $50 cancellation fee. If we are notified
after your session begins or less than 10 days prior
to the start date, we can only give you a credit towards
future FitCamp sessions. The credit is non transferrable
and the refund policy is non negotiable.
Can I bring a friend?
Yes!! Anyone may drop into an individual class for
$30 per class. If you are responsible for getting
a friend to sign up for FitCamp,
you will receive $20 off your next month.
What is IronKidz Fit Camp?
IronKidz Fit Camp is a three-day non-competitive yet
challenging sports and conditioning camp in a fun/safe
environment for boys and girls. The camp is designed
to introduce exciting aerobic exercises and sports
drills (including cheerleading) that will help stimulate
every child’s interest in a healthy active lifestyle.
