504 FitCamp and 985 FitCamps are intense four week outside group personal training boot camp programs for both men and women. Each class is one hour and fifteen minutes in length and includes cardio and endurance training, strength training, flexibility work, core conditioning, interval training, mat Pilates, and boot camp exercises. You will never be bored because no two classes are ever the same. The FitCamp programs are designed to change your body, improve your health and make you feel and look great.

Led by energetic certified fitness professionals, Monica Kinnan Brignac and Caroline Brady, 504 FitCamp and 985 FitCamps are group fitness programs that will challenge each individual at their own fitness level. All participants will get the individual attention necessary to achieve their fitness goals. This includes nutritional and lifestyle guidance.

Caroline Brady

As a certified personal trainer with the American College of Sports Medicine, my focus is bootcamp style group exercise and personal training. Exercise has always been a passion but not always my profession. Previously, I had successful careers as an attorney and realtor. I decided it was time to turn my love of fitness into my career after it helped me tackle a cancer diagnosis and its rigorous treatment.

My goal for FitCamp members is to always keep you motivated and always keep you challenged. I believe that regular exercise can improve almost all areas of your life. I want to help men and women change their approach to exercise. No one should wait until they have a few pounds to lose or worse a health problem to begin a fitness regime. Instead, I believe in using exercise as a preventative measure. If you get the good habit of exercise established, it will help get you through any challenge life may throw your way. As a cancer survivor, I know this first hand.

Yes, I love exercise, but my first love is my family: husband, James, and children, Grace and Jay.

Monica Kinnan Brignac

I love to motivate people to exercise!!!! Fitness has been an intricate part of my life since the age of twelve. I was a national competitive gymnast for six years and also competed nationally in cheerleading. - I have a degree in Exercise Physiology and completed various national accredited certifications in personal training, group outdoor training, aerobics, pre and post pregnancy fitness programs, mat Pilates, and Bosu.

Being physically strong has helped me keep my mind sharp and my spirit sound, therefore I have a passion to motivate people to "get fit" in the most successful way. My drive comes from my faith and my family - my husband Rene and daughters Tyler, Monet and Corinne. We incorporate fun family activities as a way of keeping healthy and fit, into our busy life schedules.

In the twenty years that I have worked in the fitness profession OUTDOOR CLASSES have proven to be most effective in improving ones overall strength, cardiovascular endurance, flexibility, social confidence, and self awareness.

Due to these findings my business partner, Caroline Brady and I, decided to create and own New Orleans based boot camps - 504 & 985 FITCAMP!!!
