504FitCamp and 985FitCamp
504 and 985 FitCamps are intense four week outside group
personal training bootcamp programs for both men and women.
Each class is one hour and fifteen minutes in length and
includes cardio and endurance training, strength training,
flexibility work, core conditioning, interval training,
mat Pilates, and boot camp exercises. You will never be
bored because no two classes are ever the same. Our bootcamp
